What if I exceed more than 100 containers?
You can pay $1.9 per extra container. You can also upgrade to higher plans to get a lower price per container.
Can I cancel the subscription?
You’ve a 30-day money back guarantee and you can cancel the subscription in the first 30 days.
How do you count containers in the plan?
When you track a container successfully it will be counted as one and we will track it twice a day until the end of its journey to the destination. For the bill of lading and bookings, the number of included containers will be counted, for example if the bill of lading has 5 containers, it will be counted as 5 containers.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit/debit cards for both monthly and yearly subscriptions, processed securely through our Stripe payment gateway.
