What features are included in the Free plan?

The Free plan allows you to access and retain all your shipment history and data after your free trial or if you discontinue your premium subscription.

How can I or my company access Visiwise Premium features for free?

You can explore all our premium features and functionalities of our Professional plan with a 14-day free trial, no credit card required. If you're interested in trying out our Enterprise plan features, please reach out to us.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit/debit cards for both monthly and yearly subscriptions, processed securely through our Stripe payment gateway. Wire Transfer is also available only for yearly subscriptions.

What happens if I exceed the container tracking limit in my plan?

If you track more containers than your plan allows before the renewal date, you'll need to renew your plan or upgrade to a higher tier. This will reset your billing cycle.

Are failed container trackings counted in my usage?

No, only successfully tracked containers are counted towards your usage. Failed tracking attempts do not affect your tracking limits.

Do you offer monthly and yearly billing options?

Yes, we offer both monthly and annual billing options. The annual billing option provides cost savings compared to monthly billing.

Do you count containers in transit or successfully tracked containers in my monthly plan?

We only count successfully created and tracked containers within your billing cycle.

What happens if I don’t use all of my containers?

Unused container credits do not roll over to the next billing cycle. Each billing cycle starts with a fresh allocation of container credits.

What if my payment fails, such as if my credit card expires?

You'll receive email alerts after each unsuccessful payment attempt. Payment attempts may be made up to four times in the following month. Failure to complete payment will result in account downgrading to the Free plan.

Do you provide a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)?

Yes, we offer an NDA upon request. Please contact us at [email protected] for further details.

How is my payment processed?

Your payment is securely processed through Stripe, the same payment processor trusted by companies like Twitter, Pinterest, and Lyft. We do not handle your payment card information directly.
