How do you count the number of containers I track in my plan?
A container is only counted the first time it is successfully tracked. Even if you track, update, or manage it for several months, it is only counted once during the billing cycle in which it was initially tracked successfully.
Can I carry over unused container tracking credits I didn't use to the next billing cycle?
Unused container tracking credits do not roll over to the next billing cycle. Each billing period provides you with a fresh set of tracking credits. However, our plans are flexible — you can start with a lower tier and only pay for extra containers if you exceed your plan's credits, ensuring you pay only for what you use.
What if I exceed the container tracking limit in my plan?
If you exceed your plan's limit before the renewal date, you can either upgrade to a higher tier (our system will automatically handle the proration for a seamless transition) or purchase additional container credits for the current billing cycle.
How much do additional containers cost if I don't upgrade to a higher tier?
The cost depends on your plan and the number of containers included in it (tier). You can find the price for additional containers listed on the pricing page when selecting the number of containers for your plan. If you're already a customer, check the Settings → Billing section in your account for details.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards for both monthly and yearly subscriptions, processed securely through our Stripe payment gateway. Wire transfers are also accepted, but only for yearly subscription plans.
Do failed container trackings count towards my usage?
No, only successfully tracked containers are counted. Failed tracking attempts will not affect your tracking limits.
