Which references can I track via Excel file upload?

You can track ocean shipments by its container, master bill of lading, or booking number.

How many shipments (Container, Bill of Lading, Booking) can I track in a file?

There is no technical limitation in numbers of shipments (rows) in the spreadsheet file. Limitation is just based on your plan container count credit. For example if your plan includes 200 containers per month and you have tracked 10 containers this month, you can track only 190 containers via excel file upload.

Which shipping lines do you cover?

Visiwise covers more than 95% of containers around the world. You can see a list of supported shipping lines here.

Which formats are supported?

CSV or Excel files are supported. (.csv, .xls, and .xlsx)

Do I need to upgrade my account to upload an Excel file for tracking shipments?
